Pretty Ricky is an American R&B/hip-hop group made up of brothers Diamond
Blue "Baby Blue" Smith, Spectacular Blue Smith, Corey Tavion "Slick'Em"
Mathis[1], and Marcus Ramone "Pleasure" Cooper. They are known for their
released singles such as "Grind With Me", "Your Body", "Juicy", "Nothing But
A Number" "On the Hotline", and "Push It Baby". Their debut album, Bluestars,
was released "On the Hotline" with an actual Bluestars Hotline "Push It
Baby" YouTube they (Pretty Ricky) made.
Recently
Currently, Pretty Ricky has a 1,000 demand competition on eventful.com. The
city that reaches 1,000 demands for the group will have them come there for
a concert. [2] They also were featured in Spring Bling '07. [3] They are
currently working on their Pretty Clothing Line, which is featured in the
first 2 videos for the first two singles off Late Night Special ("On The
Hotline" and "Push It Baby"). They are also currently touring on their Late
Night Special Tour.
There is also a webisode on pepsi smash that shows Pretty Ricky during a pie
fight they had with each other and they called it "The Incident". Pretty
Ricky also has a YouTube channel that is the 7th most subscribed musician
channel and has also reached #1 as the most watched channel on YouTube[4].
Pretty Ricky also has bashed the rumors that they were going to break
up.[5].
They also have a contest going on where people can email them and tell them
if they go into any store that sells music and don't see their CDs being
sold there, and are one of the winners, they win an autographed Late Night
Special CD and a piece of clothing from the upcoming Pretty Clothing
Line.[6] Pretty Ricky has also been nominated for "Best Group" for the BET
awards '07. [7]. He also performed on Super Sweet 16: The Movie.
